+ Legend added to 3D room print out.  The legend shows only the materials and tags in use in that room.
+ Added layout option that puts the big pieces first.  This is enabled in the "Group Stock" dialog (Job|Stock Grouping... or stock view context menu) by checking the "Optimize for cutting (drop pieces first)" checkbox.
+ Tags panel added.  Displays all tags in use and shows how many rooms, walls, points and transitions are using the tag.  This only includes tags that are visible in the room view (2D rooms and the floor of 3D rooms).
+ Tags panel context menu added.  Allows selection of all rooms, walls, points or transitions that use the selected tag.
+ Double clicking a tag in the Tags panel opens the tag properties dialog for that tag
+ Layout options can be set for a material type and for a specific material.  In the "Material Type" and "Material" dialogs there is now a "Layout Options" section.  By default "Use default layout options" is checked which provides the existing behavior.  Unchecking the option populates the various values with the current default values which can then be modified for that particular material type.

Improvements:

+ Tags added to room report legend.  They are listed after the materials, first point tags followed by edge tags.
+ Insert point tool now shows distance to adjacent points.
+ Holding [Shift] while dragging a point constrains the point to be between the two adjacent points.
+ Improved layouts when the maximum cut length is less then the room length.  End seams are now staggered instead of being lined up.
+ PDF contrast setting now applies when viewing and printing.  Contrast range has been extended.
+ PDF overlays now print in color by default.  For monochrome overlays select "Force overlay to monochrome" in Defaults|Options...|PDF
+ 3D room view zooms to fit when printing.
+ In the "Legend" and "Materials" panels selecting a material selects all rooms that use the material

+ When joining faces in 3D any edges that end up with zero length get removed.
+ When aborting polygon drawing mode with [ESC] the partial polygon no longer get deleted.
